    ITAC Platform (Innovative Immune TArget of Cancer)

    The ITAC platform was created to promote the transfer of biotechnological research into clinical applications. It ensures the production of monoclonal antibodies and molecular tools for immunological therapeutic targeting. It enables the assessment of the potential interest of new therapeutic strategies through the development of preclinical models, such as the creation of specific cohorts for the identification and validation of biomarkers.

    The platform is certified as a “UFC Platform.”

    What is the ITAC Platform?

    ● A team for scientific and medical guidance: Medical Oncologist / Bioinformatician / Immunologist / Biomarker Specialist

    ● Expertise: Biomarker identification / Development of antibodies and vaccines

    ● Access to biological materials and resources: Plasma / Serum / PBMCs / ctDNA / TILs from numerous prospective cohorts across all cancer types Collaboration with the (Regional Tumor Bank of Franche-Comté)

     

    ITAC Platform Modules

    MODULE 1: DESIGN OF TECHNOLOGICAL TOOLS Development of therapeutic targeting strategies. Specialization in the development of diagnostic and therapeutic antibodies or vaccines.

    MODULE 2: PRECLINICAL MODELING Study of new therapeutic strategies through different models (in vivo or in vitro pharmacotoxicity).

    MODULE 3: CLINICAL RESEARCH Establishment of cohorts of interest to benefit academic or industrial partners.

    La plateforme ITAC propose trois modules afin d’assurer le transfert des travaux menés en recherche fondamentale vers la recherche clinique.

     

    MODULE 1 : CONCEPTION D’OUTILS TECHNOLOGIQUES

    Développement de stratégies de ciblages thérapeutiques. Spécialisation dans le développement d’anticorps diagnostiques et thérapeutiques ou de vaccins.

     

    MODULE 2 : MODELISATION PRECLINIQUE

    Etude de nouvelles stratégies thérapeutiques par différentes modélisation (pharmaco toxicité in vivo ou in vitro).

     

    MODULE 3 : RECHERCHE CLINIQUE

    Constitution de cohortes d’intérêt qui bénéficieront à des partenaires académiques ou industriels
