ISO 9001 Certification

UMR 1098 RIGHT, supported by its Quality Manager, Mrs. Patricia Letondal, implements a quality management approach guided by the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. The research activities and the training of young researchers carried out at the historic site of the EFS in Besançon, as well as the activities of the Biomonitoring and Biotherapy Transfer platforms, have been ISO 9001 certified since 2012. An extension of the certification scope to research groups located at the University sites of Besançon and Dijon is planned for 2022.

The satisfaction of stakeholders involved in our activities and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements are constant concerns within our unit. The commitment to meeting our own quality requirements, formalized in the quality policy of UMR 1098 RIGHT, lies at the heart of our daily work. These requirements aim, on the one hand, to ensure the reliability, validity, and traceability of the scientific data generated, and on the other hand, to maximize their value in terms of scientific publications, patents, and transfer to clinical practice.
